Amber commenced employment with Prestige Home Groomers Tauranga and Prestige Home Groomers WBOP North in 2011. During this time Amber was also required to cover work within the Waikato and Auckland regions when necessary to assist with heavy workloads in these areas. Amber did this willingly and was always happy to assist when it was required.

Her devotion and commitment to PHG did not go unnoticed and Amber was offered the position of fulltime Operations Manager for the Tauranga and WBOP North regions, fulfilling this role for 2 years before purchasing the Tauranga Franchise. Amber is very competent in all areas of the operation of the company and forms great working relationships with all building supervisors, company directors and the home owners that she works daily with. This is an integral part of our business. Communication and flexibility is paramount to running a successful PHG Franchise.
