I have known and been dealing with Kim and Paul of Prestige Home Groomers for over 5 years, most recently working with them on Sovereign Pier Apartments on the Whitianga Waterways as project manager.
As this was a 48 apartment complex spread over 5 acres, the coordination of sub-trades was extremely difficult. Deadlines were set for handover in blocks of 8 however due to construction holdups at times not all were ready.
